  • About the Role:

    We’re looking for an experienced CPA to join our team. This role is focused on business and individual tax compliance and planning. You’ll work directly with clients, manage complex returns, and help guide them through smart tax strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review federal and state individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns

    • Provide tax planning for businesses and individuals

    • Review and mentor staff, promoting accuracy and efficiency

    • Research and interpret complex tax issues as they arise, and communicate practical solutions

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax

    • Strong technical skills and sound judgment in tax compliance and planning

    • Good communication

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

    Preferred

    • CPA or EA

    • Experience in estate and trust taxation

  • About the Role:

    Gain hands-on experience while working part time in our Salem area office. This position will run February through April 2026.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare federal and state individual tax returns

    • Provide support with other client projects and administrative tasks as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Current student pursuing Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in tax, accounting or similar

    • Basic computer and software skills (MS Office and Adobe)

    • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
